BUCKWHEAT is a good source of fiber and minerals, it is very rich in phosphorus, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese and its percentage of potassium exceeds that of all other cereals.

Compared to wheat flour, buckwheat flour is gluten-free and is therefore suitable for foods intended for coeliacs. It contains a greater quantity of slower digesting starch and is therefore particularly suitable in the diet of diabetics. It also contains important vitamins such as those of group B (B1, B2, PP, B5).
