We believe in the value of good ingredients, which is why we only choose organic raw materials. This means zero chemicals in cultivation and 100% genuine products, to protect the planet and ensure a product that is controlled at every stage of production, to always be tasty and rich in nutrients.

The artisanal supply chain

We have implemented a production chain capable of preserving the quality of the ingredients during all the different processing stages. This is because we first ensure that our suppliers cultivate the wheat in the most natural way possible, without the use of pesticides or non-natural fertilizers. Then, we meticulously check that the raw materials arrive at the laboratory perfectly preserved, so that we can work with them as if they were just picked. The use of artisanal techniques, combined with a deep knowledge of the raw materials, allows us to offer you products with authentic tastes and new recipes. We carefully select the ingredients, preferring the use of those of Italian origin: all the ancient grains used in our recipes are Made in Italy.
